Hotel renovations require removing the existing FF&E before new items go in, and Central Van Lines handles both sides: we remove the old furniture, dispose of or donate items per the owner's instructions, and install the replacement pieces on the renovation schedule. For the last leg into each guest room, our final mile delivery teams carry and place every piece rather than leaving it in a hallway. Phased renovations that keep parts of the hotel open during the work are common, and we sequence our deliveries around the occupied floors.
